About this gathering

Reiki Level I opens the channel for self-healing. You will learn the history and principles of Reiki, receive your Level I attunement, and practice hand positions for yourself and others.

No prior experience is needed — only openness and a willingness to be present.

   Foundations

   History, principles and ethics of Reiki practice.

2. 11:30 AM
   Attunement

   Individual Level I attunement ceremony.

3. 1:00 PM
   Hand positions

   Self-treatment sequence and partner practice.

4. 2:30 PM
   Integration

   Questions, daily practice plan and closing.
